Where it comes from
Vernier is an original house design. The idea: a warm serif body, but with section labels set in a monospaced “instrument” face over fine hairline rules — a small, distinctive detail that makes it stand out without breaking anything a parser needs.
It's for people who want their résumé to look considered and a little different while staying strictly single-column and machine-readable.

How it parses
